If you've misplaced or broken a piece, that's ok! I'll happily replace it for you for $1 plus the cost of shipping. All you need to do is purchase THIS listing and I'll make sure to get it shipped out to you ASAP. 

You can choose letter mail (not tracked) or a small package (with tracking). Larger pieces (like the background elements for the square dragons) are likely going to need to be shipped via package so they do not snap in transit. Smaller pieces (like the scales) usually work great in an envelope.

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, you can request a refund by contacting our customer service team within a specified time frame. We may ask you to provide photos or other evidence of the damage. Once we receive your request and confirm the issue, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
